Ltd., an NDT automation startup that produces NDT equipment such as Liquid Pentrant Testing Machines, Demagnetisers, Automation Solutions, Magnetic Particle Testing Machines, UV LED Lamps, Consumables and Automation Solutions, Industrial Gantries, Robots, SCADA, DCS, and Automation panels. What Sets Us Apart?

- We have established in-house software for accurate design calculations to aid us in the development of Extremely Efficient MPI & LPI Products, Automations, and Electrical Panels.
- We have the experience and manufacturing capabilities to build MPI Machines ranging from 1000 amperes to 20000 amperes, in single and three phase AC, HWDC and FWDC, with modern automation test cycles and automated material handling systems.
- We can supply MPI machines with built-in demagntisers (AC & DC) for both small and large components.
- Poka-yoka for Magnetic Current Failure while the part is being tested with an Audio-Visual Alarm integrated with the PLC and HMI.
- We have Liquid Pentrant Testing machines with Automation solutions like Overhead Robotic Gantries with 3 Axis movement.
- We provide Automation for LPI Machines with booths by having Continuos Conveyor passing through each booth right from Loading station, Ultrasonic Pre-clean station, Penetrant Application, Dwell station, Post Wash Station, Drier Chamber, Developer Application booth, Inspection Booth, Post Cleaning and Final Unloading with proper Integration with PLC and HMI and having latest Communication ports like Ethernet, Modbus, Canopen and Profibus which will enable users to have all the on going LPI Process integrated with their Desktops or Laptops while they are on the move.
